“FIONA” – Collection demi couture – Spring/Summer 2017

Dedicated to one of the greatest legends of our times, the favorite muse of Cecil Beaton, Fiona Frances Elaine Campbell-Walter –better known as Baroness Fiona von Thyssen – Bornemisza de Kászon–, this collection glorifies her mysterious sophisticated face and her aristocratic impeccable style.

Graceful cocktail dresses and long dramatic gowns inspired by her early days in fashion industry as a model, characterize the collection that also celebrates flower prints on silk precious laces and brocades, all together matched to serve a fresh vibrant idea of neo-romantic elegance.

Artist and jewelry designer Pericles Kondylatos also inspired by Fiona’s magic world of Victorian and Edwardian references, created conceptual jewelry-treasures of rare beauty for princesses and baronesses of modern times. Fiona von Thyssen represents the glamour of an era in which elegance was not an option –it was a necessity. It is no wonder that she’s been ageing gracefully, confirming that elegance is a state of mind.
