Refund policy


Returns
In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods within fourteen (14) days from the day you received them for exchange or credit note provided that goods are unworn, unused and unwashed in their original condition and packaging. 

In case of a return please email us at contact@vassiliszoulias.com with your order details and state clearly if you wish an exchange or credit note. As soon as we process the return, we will send you a confirmation email with the relevant details. Please note: the customer is responsible to ship the returned goods to us with the exception of manufacturing fault. Also, custom charges are non refundable (where it applies).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept the return of earrings, fragrances, face masks and swimwear.

In the rare occasion of returning an item due to manufacturing fault please contact us at contact@vassiliszoulias.com to resolve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
